Made from the same goat leather used for the MD Notebook Cover. Flexible, resilient, lightweight, and remarkably durable, the leather is vegetable tanned and left undyed to preserve its natural color.

Aging beautifully with use
With exposure to sunlight and continued use, the leather gradually deepens in color, developing a warm amber tone over time. Like the stories written in your notebook, the case takes on greater depth with use.

  • Designed for MD Notebooks up to A5 size and the MD Paper Pad A5. Not compatible with the MD Notebook 1 Day 1 Page. Notebooks from other brands may not fit due to size differences.
  • Leather surface: The leather is minimally treated to preserve its natural character. Slight wrinkles and marks may be present but will become less noticeable with use.
  • Leather reverse side: Made from a single piece of leather for a close fit to the notebook. Natural marks and variations may be visible on the reverse side, as the cover is intentionally left undyed and unlined. These do not affect use and are part of the leather’s natural character.
  • This goat leather is produced by a tannery certified with the highest GOLD rating from the Leather Working Group (LWG), an organization promoting environmental responsibility in leather production.
