Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (U.S.) 

To maintain the quality and packaging of MD PRODUCT items, we carefully select shipping methods that best protect your order. Please note that our operations are paused on weekends and holidays and resume on business days.

 

Carriers

Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx.

 

Order Processing 

Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

 

Shipping Rates 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on the destination and selected shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over $75 (excluding sales tax).

 

Estimated Delivery Time 

  • Standard: 5-7 business days in transit
  • Priority: 2-3 business days in transit.

 

Tracking 

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation. 

According to USPS service alerts, minor operational disruptions may affect domestic mail. While we continue to ship within the United States, delivery times are not guaranteed and delays may occur.

 

International Shipping (Canada Only) 

International Shipping is currently available only to customers in Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination and selected shipping method.

  • International Priority (FedEx): Ships the next business day + 2-3 business days in transit (Custom delays may add an additional 1-2 business days)

 

Customs Duties & Taxes 

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and tariffs imposed by the destination country. These charges are not collected by MD PRODUCT USA and must be paid by the recipient.

Fees are determined by local customs authorities and vary based on factors such as destination, product category, and declared value. We are unable to estimate these charges.

Shipments that are not cleared may be delayed, held, or returned to the sender.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly, and we cannot guarantee that address changes or order modifications can be made.  

If you entered an incorrect shipping address at checkout, please contact us immediately at support@md-product-usa.com with your full name, order number, and the correct shipping address. We will do our best to update your order before it is processed for shipment.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items 

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@md-product-usa.com with your full name, order number, and photos of the item(s) and packaging so we can assist you.
