Shipping
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
To maintain the quality and packaging of MD PRODUCT items, we carefully select shipping methods that best protect your order. Please note that our operations are paused on weekends and resume on business days.
Carrier
Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx.
Order Processing
Please allow 5–7 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on the destination and selected shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over $75 (excluding sales tax).
Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard: 5-–7 business days in transit
- Priority: 2–3 business days in transit
Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
International Shipping
International Shipping is currently available only to Canada.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on the destination and selected shipping method. International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes which are levied by and paid to your local customs office. Please see the section “Customs Duties and Taxes.”
International Priority (FedEx): Ships next business day + 2–3 business days in transit (Customs processing may add an additional 1–2 business days.)
Customs Duties and Taxes
Customs duties, taxes, and tariffs are fees imposed on goods shipped across international borders. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not collected by MD PRODUCT USA.
All applicable duties and taxes must be paid by the recipient before a shipment can clear customs and be delivered. These fees are payable to your local customs authority. Shipments that are not cleared may be held or returned to the sender.
The amount of duties and taxes varies depending on factors such as the destination country, the category of goods, and the declared value. MD PRODUCT USA is unable to provide estimates for these charges.
What should I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
Once an order is placed, it is processed as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot guarantee that address changes or order modifications can be made unless confirmed by our shipping team.
If you entered an incorrect shipping address at checkout, please contact us immediately at support@md-product-usa.com with your full name, order number, and the correct shipping address. We will do our best to update your information before your order is processed for shipment.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unopened items purchased from our online store (md-product-usa.com) and shipped within the United States. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. Orders shipped outside of the United States are also not eligible for return.
Please note that we are unable to provide direct international support (including shipping or collection), even for initial defects, if the product has been forwarded overseas via a third-party shipping service or taken abroad as a gift.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping, except in the case of defective items.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5–7 business days for your bank to process and post the refund.
- Exchanges are processed as a return followed by a new order.
- After-sales services and returns are only available for products purchased through our official online store.
To request a return, please email support@md-product-usa.com with the subject line “Return [#order number]” and include photos of the unopened product(s). We do not accept returns without prior authorization. Authorized returns must be received within 14 days of authorization.
