Introducing the new “MD Drawing Pen”
MD Notebooks are made with a minimalistic design that maximizes the comfort of writing, while highlighting the superior paper quality of MD PAPER. At the same time, we can’t help but think about what the best complementary tool for such intuitive writing experience would be.
This year, MD PRODUCT officially introduced a new writing tool to its lineup. MD Drawing Pens features water-based pigment ink that is resistant to smudge and smear even if you color over it with other medium. These pens are great note-taking tools while using highlighters for annotations. Artists also enjoy using MD Drawing Pens for their illustration, especially if they want to layer ink or watercolor over the line drawing.

MD Drawing Pens are available in three line-width options—0.1mm, 0.3mm, and 0.5mm—to suite your writing and drawing needs. Unlike typical pigment ink pens where the line width is labeled only on the finial, each MD Drawing Pen features a line printed on the pen body that reflects the actual line width, making it easy to identify and select the desired tip size at a glance without removing the cap.
The body of the pen is made from a cream-colored resin to match the gentle finish of MD PAPER used in MD Notebooks. From everyday journaling to detailed illustrations, MD Drawing Pens are great companions for your creative expression.
