Event Report: MD PRODUCT USA at Stationery Fest 2026 in Brooklyn
From July 30th to August 1st, MD PRODUCT USA hosted a pop-up booth at Stationery Fest 2026 in Brooklyn, New York. This event was part of a collection of exciting stationery brands and creators from around the world, exhibiting their art and products in a three-day festival.
What happens when analog enthusiasts and paper lovers all gather in one space? The creative energy is palpable and contagious – it was easy to imagine one could get carried away by the exciting atmosphere.
In the bustling market space of Industry City, MD PRODUCT carved out its own moment of “Yohaku”, where visitors can pick up MD Notebook samples and test out their favorite writing tools on memo blocks made with MD PAPER. In addition to sharing sample usages of different layouts and paper types, we also enjoyed looking at visitors who showed us how they utilize MD Notebooks for their own crafts and hobbies.
At the MD PRODUCT table, one could also find the calming display of MD Scent Clocks, in walnut, Japanese cedar, and mortar, designed to give users a tangible sense of time spent while doing their favorite things such as journaling or reflecting on a happy memory.
The same wood material was used to create minimalist pen rests that blend seamlessly into your living space. We worked with Karimoku Furniture, a Japanese maker of wooden furniture, to create these timeless pieces. The warmth of the wood material, its unadorned beauty, and the way it develops a rich character over time are these products’ appealing factors.
In the market space filled with colorful variety and options, MD PRODUCT offers a space of calm and blank space for potential. MD Notebook is designed to be writable from end to end, because the cover is also made with MD PAPER. Each piece starts pristine with a blank slate and is up to the user to make it uniquely theirs.
We had a great time in Brooklyn, New York, meeting artists, writers, and everyday users who are simply happy to enjoy the act of writing in their daily routine. MD PRODUCT will continue to be a comforting companion in your journey of creative discovery.
